For the purposes of its business, it collects the following user data:

• name and surname,
• the user’s name, address and place of residence,
• e-mail address (your username),
• contact telephone number,
• password in encrypted form,
• and other information that you enter in the forms on the website

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

For security purposes, the IP addresses from which users access the Site are also collected. Each user is assigned a session cookie at the start of their visit to identify and keep track of their shopping basket. Other cookies may also be stored on your computer, such as: a user identification number in encrypted form (to identify you on your next visit), product ratings (so you know which products you have already rated) and Google Analytics cookies (to analyse your visits to the website), among others.

All of the above-mentioned data, with the exception of cookies, is stored permanently on the server. Session cookies are only stored in the server’s memory for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, while persistent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer.

The Administrator may use the data in anonymised aggregate form for the purposes of statistical analysis. pomeranec.si will not, under any circumstances, pass on data about users to unauthorised persons. We will only contact the user by means of remote communication if the user does not expressly object to this.

Exceptional disclosure of personal data

The data collected and processed by pomeranec.si will only be disclosed if such an obligation is provided for by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for legal proceedings before courts or other public authorities, or for the protection and pursuit of legitimate interests.
